All your details need to be precisely correct as even your middle initial on your name being wrong can void your insurance.  An instance of this i personally remember was my girlfriend being on her parents car insurance as a third party driver. It was not until she had a letter through the post she realised they had spelt her name slightly wrong so had to be corrected right away as it voided her insurance.
